2. It is necessary to book in advance. Only cancellations are accepted 24h before the reserved date, cancellations with less advance will result in cancellation of the check.

3. The validity of all massages, treatments or Gift Vouchers is 180 days from the time of purchase.

4. The reference code of the Gift Voucher must be provided at the time of booking. You must present the Gift Voucher form before starting the treatment or, if applicable, the e-mail received with the Gift Voucher code.

5. KENIKA THAI MASSAGE does not assume any responsibility in case of loss or deterioration of the Gift Voucher.

6. In case of wanting to cancel a reservation, you must inform KENIKA THAI MASSAGE at least 24h before the reserved date.

7. Do not wait until the last moment, KENIKA THAI MASSAGE will NOT extend the validity date of the Gift Voucher.

8. The terms and conditions are subject to change without notice by KENIKA THAI MASSAGE.

9. The offers of the 5 and 10 hour bonds DO NOT EXPIRE.

10. The Gift Voucher is not redeemable for money.

11. The customer is entitled to use the massage(s) bought in KENIKA THAI MASSAGE until the available quantity is exhausted or until the expiration date of 180 days from the time of purchase.

12. The value of the card will not be replaced in case of loss, theft, alteration or improper use.

13. The amount of the Gift Voucher will be refundable during the first 30 days after purchase.
